How do I get a water stain out of a dry clean only women’s jacket?

I have washed dry clean only cothing before and have been lucky. I just wash on the gentle cycle with cold water. Then I don't dry it in the dryer...
What is the jacket made of?
If suede and/or leather you obviously can not wash that.
